Liang’s Thai

After a fun shopping experience at the Celebrate Shop Shopping To Celebrate, Janet, Bob, Larry and I all went out for a delicious Thai dinner at a little local restaurant in Broomfield. We went to Liang’s Thai Food. It was a brand new restaurant for us, though it is has been around since 2007.

We ordered a few plates that we all shared. Everything was delicious and it all disappeared very quickly. We ate every bite and were very satisfied with very happy tummies.

Pork gyozas

Chicken Pad Thai

Pork Panang Curry

Egg rolls and spring rolls

It looks like a lot of food, but it was actually just the right amount for four hungry people. None of us felt overly full after. We felt just right. It was a fun day and a fun evening, as always.

Liang’s Thai Food is a hidden gem, tucked away off the main street. It is located at 155 Nickel St, Broomfield, CO 80020. It is a family owned and operated business that started out as a little food cart in Denver. In 2023, That little food cart, that turned into a food kiosk, turned into the first full service restaurant, which now has two locations; the original location in Broomfield, and now one in Thornton too. Liang’s Thai Food serves authentic Thai dishes made with passion, tradition, and recipes inspired by the streets of Thailand. From comforting classics to spicy favorites, every meal is crafted to bring people together and create a memorable dining experience. I love discovering hidden gems. If you are in the Broomfield or Thornton areas, you will love these little hidden gems too.

Discover something new and try new things. Have a great day and make everyday great, no matter what you do. Life is short. Live life to the fullest and enjoy all the adventures that come your way while you can. ‘Til next time.
