Nature Walks – Prairie Dogs On The Loose
All of our little prairie dogs are running around having fun. They are everywhere. We have them by the millions, all around us. And spring has sprung, so soon, we will have even more of these cute little critters. Like the squirrels, they are full of personality. They also love to have their picture taken.
I have worked in the restaurant and catering industry for over 35 years. I attended 2 culinary schools in Southern California, and have a degree in culinary arts from the Southern California School of Culinary Arts, as well as a few other degrees in other areas. I love to cook and I love to feed people.

Momo and I are headed out to Marfa, Texas, Big Bend in a few weeks. Those little critters are everywhere out there. I know a guy who has one as a pet and he says they are a lot of fun, and smart, much better than an Armadillo, of which we have plenty of in Texas.

Take as many as you like. They are EVERYWHERE. They are really cuter though, so you can’t have them all. 🙂

They’re prairie dogs, similar to little squirrels. They are all over the prairies lands, CO, KS, TX, OK. 🙂
