Funny you should say that, I had a friend over yesterday and we did share some leftovers. We had some of the Pork & Bean Cowboy Salad. 🙂

LOL! I can remember doing the same thing many time when the kids were younger. When they were teenagers, leftovers were great for after school/work. Since they have left home…I have missed my leftovers. I’ve never cook that much since.

I love having leftovers. Some days I’m just so mentally tired after work that heating up food good food is a pleasure.
