Nature Walks – The Lookout
I don’t know what it is about the little American Kestrels, but I just love them. I get so excited when I see them, and I see them quite often too. My excitement never wanes though, no matter how often I spot them.

I attended 2 culinary schools in Southern California, and have a degree in culinary arts from the Southern California School of Culinary Arts, as well as a few other degrees in other areas.
