Nature Walks – The Cormorants Are Back
All my spring birds are flying back and settling in for the season. I saw my first Cormorants of the season. There were two, but one was real shy and only stayed around for a minute. The other one was proudly on display for all to see. He was claiming his territory and letting everyone know.
I have worked in the restaurant and catering industry for over 35 years. I attended 2 culinary schools in Southern California, and have a degree in culinary arts from the Southern California School of Culinary Arts, as well as a few other degrees in other areas. I love to cook and I love to feed people.

Nice pictures! I am looking forward to more time in our garden watching the birds at the feeder now that the novel is on way to printer, according to publisher! We have lots of cardinals and hoping for a few hummingbirds at the small feeder we have for them but that is usually a miss.

Great pictures of the cormorants. I love the one of the bird with the wings up.
