Nature Walks – The Heron
I love our herons. They are just so majestic and proud. We haven’t seen them as often this year as we have in the past, but every time I see them, they just make my day. At first he was on one side of the lake, then he flew over to the other side. I guess he was thinking I wouldn’t see him on the other side.
I have worked in the restaurant and catering industry for over 35 years. I attended 2 culinary schools in Southern California, and have a degree in culinary arts from the Southern California School of Culinary Arts, as well as a few other degrees in other areas. I love to cook and I love to feed people.
