It is now officially 2020. Not only was last night the last night of 2019, but it was also the last night of a decade. Let’s hope we can learn from our past mistakes and pave the way for a better future in this new decade. Out with the old, and in with the new! Start the new decade with a clean slate.

Amen, Jeanne! I couldn’t agree more… May 2020 be a peaceful and inspiring one for you, and a great year to spend in (and around) the kitchen! *hugs*

Just what I needed. I was conned by a beloved granddaughter, and I was obsessing on what to do. The money is gone and the world still turns. Let it go and forgive. Thank you. I am going to copy this quote and put on the wall by my desk, to remember not to stress over what is done. Wishing you a very happy new year.

Lovely thoughts! Forgiveness is so important; the baggage we carry does nothing but weigh us down. Wishes for a beautiful, extra-long year!

I think that’s a great approach.
Some people argue that the decade is not over until the end of this year. I don’t really care. I focus more on the decades I finish (i.e. age).
