October is almost over and I still have not found my next guest chef. But, that does not mean it’s to late. No, no, no. It’s never to late to send me your recipes and pictures. It’s never to late to be a guest chef. The rules are simple. All you have to do is send me your recipes and pictures of those recipes, with at least one picture of you and your first and last name so we can all get to know you, along with your stories of why you chose the recipes you did, to my email address at ljbjej@q.com
So …… What’s cooking in your kitchen?
Well, I was never the best cook, but going Paleo and then Keto, I had to learn how to cook if I wanted to follow the diets and have success. Most of what I cook is super easy, thow together stuff, but lots of times I just take recipes I find and tweak them to my liking or needs. I even have some my hubby likes, and the latest one is a side dish made with zucchinni I got off of Pinterest. You may have seen it on my blog. Lately, I have been experimenting with keto bread and love the bagels I made the last time. Who knew you could make bread with cheeses, egg, and a bit of almond flour?( Cream cheese and mozzerella cheese.)
Since I don’t create anything from scratch, I may not be the ideal candidate for your search.

Things don’t have to be made from scratch to be good. Just love. Your “easy, throw together recipes” might just be the recipes someone else is looking for.
Give it shot. Have fun. 🙂

No frils there. Just spice them, wrap ’em in foil, stick them in the oven at 425 for an hour, then slather some ketchup+worchestershire sauce+vinegar+more spices for a quick broil.
