Peace and Practice of Tolerance
These simple words of peace send a very powerful message; one that is definitely needed, but missing in today’s very turbulent and trying times.
I tried to reblog this, but for some reason, I could not. So thank you to Indians Abroad Desi Videsh Me for sending this out.
Peace does not mean an absence of conflicts; differences will always be there.
Peace means solving these differences through dialogue, education, knowledge and through humane ways.

“Peace does not mean an absence of conflicts.” Amen! How very true that is. It is amazing just how much better we become as we grow from a result of our trials. So much of the problems we see in this world today directly stem from a lack of growth. Grown folk acting worse than children throwing temper tantrums. (sigh)
What a beautiful reminder this is. Thank you for sharing it!

I thought so too. I completely agree. Most of the problems we have today are BECAUSE people aren’t willing to talk about them and discuss them. They just want to lay blame and throw temper tantrums until they get their way, just like a spoiled child.

Discuss? What’s that? It’s my way or no way! We could accomplish so much if only we could come together and have honest, coherent and intelligent conversations about the things we believe and experience…

Truer words were never spoken, dialogue is always the way to resolution.
